Refund Policy

Thank you for visiting the KLM Dutch Houses. At our store we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. However, we know you may want to return items, so below is a brief summary of our returns policy.

Every merchandise purchased on-line is returned in its original condition packaging (sealed) within two weeks of delivery and is accompanied by a sales receipt. Refunds will be issued to purchasers upon request, while gift recipients are entitled to nonrefundable merchandise credit. Please have your online order number ready. Returns should be sent to our Customer Service Centre. We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your refund.

Please be aware that, we are not cover return items postage expenses and it needs to be delivered with record post. So, delivery service can be tracked online. All faulty items will be exchanged or refunded only within 14 days since purchase. We cannot, however, exchange or refund items that have been purchased in error. Please read thoroughly the item description or email for further clarification. We will endeavour to solve any problems that you may have and would appreciate you contact us of any problems.
